Situation

A large health insurance company was preparing for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance when its regular seasonal consultant disappeared.  Also, needing help with internal audits and with reports to major clients about controls and efficiency, it was the wrong time for the company to be without someone they'd grown used to and who knew the company inside out.

Solution
