Consultant Career Ladder

Each full-time consultant will have an opportunity in their anniversary month of hire to qualify for increased HIM benefits based on their completion of a year of service, Kforce Education Packets (KEPs), positive customer feedback and on-going Kforce consultant or client referrals.  Our Consultant Career Ladder (CCL) is the vehicle for tracking and reviewing these items.
