Training

Kforce has the experience and personal service you need to thrive in any nursing position in the United States.  We have years of experience in healthcare staffing and international recruiting and are committed to providing you with personal assistance and guidance throughout the three major phases to becoming a nurse in the United States. 

Phase 1

The first phase involves immigration and obtaining licensure.  We’ll sponsor a Green Card Visa (EB3) for you and your immediate family (as permitted by the regulations), help prepare your credentials for licensure and Social Security and even help you find housing.

Phase 2

The second phase is the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).  Unlike many staffing companies, Kforce provides free NCLEX training for all nurses.  Our training program is so successful that 95% of our nurses pass it their first time!

Phase 3

At Kforce, we know there is more to preparation than examinations and legalities.  Each international nurse is trained on the best practices and expectations of nursing professionals in the United States.  Our comprehensive orientation program that will help you excel as a nurse in the United States includes:

• NCLEX Study Program
• Hospital Training
• Certification classes – JCAHO, OSHA, ACLS, BLS, ECG Interpretation, HIPPA and IV Therapy
• Clinical Labs conducted by a nursing college
• Communication Training
• Cultural Integration Training
