Description: The position involves managing the project lifecycle (from kick-off to launch) of interactive programs, such as Web sites and eDetails, for pharmaceutical clients and directed towards physicians and healthcare professionals. The Project Manager serves as the project owner and is responsible for the speedy delivery and high quality execution of every campaign.
Specifically, the Project Manager performs a variety of tasks across 30-40 projects including:
- Creating the project timeline
- Coordinating all resources and stakeholders (account Managers, design, editorial, technology, and production teams)
- Assigning responsibilities
- Ensuring a project is staying within its scope
- Making sure that all materials are complete and error-free
- Monitoring, summarizing, and communicating the progress of the project to the various account teams

Requirements: Required Skills:
- At least 4 years of experience working in project management
- At least 1-2 years with an interactive agency (or similar environment)
- At least 1-2 years working with or for a pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with online projects / programs (HTML- and/or Flash-based programs)
- Experience with medical / legal review processes within the pharmaceutical industry
- Deadline-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Positive, can-do attitude with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent MS Project skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience using MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge of marketing-related creative process (marketing or agency experience preferred, especially within the pharmaceutical industry)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong ability to develop and implement processes and procedures
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Functional understanding of online technologies (Flash and HTML)
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree
