Description: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager that can lead many aspects of launching a commercial software product to an emerging market and work collaboratively with product Manager peers and engineers. The ideal candidate will have medical imaging experience and a balanced marketing and technical skill set.
This person will have the following responsibilities:
- Research the market, customers, and competitors to develop a product plan and multi-generational roadmap for the introduction of a medical imaging system
- Have a strong sense of the strategic direction for an enterprise medical imaging software product
- Proactively create, prioritize, and manage the requirements for the product line
- Work independently with minimal supervision and act as the primary bridge between the customers and the software development team
- Actively collaborate with Engineers as the product owner in an Agile software development environment that uses the Scrum framework
- Work closely with customer IT professionals and clinical user populations to guide the product to a successful introduction
- Understand the use of medical imaging technologies within hospital environments
- Understand the problems our client's solutions must address, competitive differentiators, and how to map market needs into requirements
- Adhere to FDA and quality system guidelines for design input
- You will be familiar with the hardware platforms on which the imaging viewer and imaging infrastructure depend
- Work with suppliers to determine how to incorporate their technology into the product
- Communicate the value and functionality of your product portfolio to the internal employees, executive staff, and the sales force through multi-modes of communication
- Join sales executives to assist in the closing of new business as needed

Requirements: Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of Digital Imaging software product management experience is essential
- Travel requirements - 30%
