Requirements: We are seeking PMs with a proven history of successfully driving projects to completion. In addition, we are seeking individuals with a history of problem solving and showing initiative and creativity when meeting these challenges. The ability to handle several, shorter term projects concurrently is essential.
Project Management Qualifications also include:
- 5 years of project management experience
- Experience utilizing project management methodologies
- Most likely be handling multiple projects all in varying phases of development; so demonstrated experience in a similar environment is required
- Experience working with third party software vendors would be helpful
- Experience successfully creating and managing project plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Proven history of aggressively driving results with an understanding of the overall business goal is a must
- Proven and demonstrated experience in forecast planning and adherence
- PMP Certification is preferred
