We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Project Manager located in St. Charles County. We are seeking PMs with a proven history of successfully driving projects to completion. In addition, we are seeking individuals with a history of problem solving and showing initiative and creativity when meeting these challenges. The ability to handle several, shorter term projects concurrently is essential.

| Requirements: 5+ years of project management experience in a development environment is required. A strong background in Software Engineering is required with specific experience in J2EE development in the web space being strongly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to multitask across many projects, in the neighborhood of 10 to 12. The background should include experience utilizing project management methodologies. Experience successfully creating and managing project plans, milestones, and deliverables is required. Proven history of aggressively driving results with an understanding of the overall business goal is a must. These positions require strong PM skills and capabilities to manage the efforts, development teams, project plans, budgets and resource allocation for multiple ongoing projects. Experience with third party vendors is a plus.
