| Description: Kforce is seeking a Coding Manager of HIM Medical Records in the Health Information Management Division. This position is located in Southern Maine with a sign-on bonus and large relocation package provided.

The selected candidate will manage and supervise 45 credentialed FTEs. You will be instrumental in the organizational restructuring to bring all Physician Coders into the HIM Department.
Troubleshooting and resolution are key elements to propelling the Department forward. Clinical Documentation Improvement Program experience to help streamline the Inpatient Coding procedure is preferred.

Requirements: The selected candidate will possess 3 or more years of acute care hospital coding experience including inpatient, outpatient, physician, and E/M coding. Strong leadership experience and excellent communication skills are what will allow you to succeed!
Specific Qualifications:
- RHIA or RHIT and CCS
- Minimum of 3 years of strong acute care hospital coding experience
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience
